Bergen Tours in English

You’ve come to exactly the right place. Bergen is one of Norway’s most fascinating cities, and I have made it my mission to know every story it holds. I am Martin—your guide, your local insider, and—for the duration of our time together—your personal key to this city. I look forward to meeting you.

Each of my tours is based on a simple idea: the real Bergen—real stories. I share the history, the hidden corners, restaurant tips your hotel won't tell you about, and those honest insights you can only gain by living here yourself. Whether you are visiting as part of a cruise or exploring Norway on your own, I ensure that, by the end, you will truly know Bergen well.

My tours last between one and two and a half hours and can be tailored to fit any schedule—whether you are staying overnight in Bergen, just passing through, taking an excursion before or after a Hurtigruten or Havila coastal voyage, or looking for a shore excursion during a cruise stop in Bergen. Flexible, personal, and always personally guided by me. All public tours can be booked directly through this website. You will receive your confirmation and ticket via email within just a few minutes.

Ideal for first-time visitors and cruise passengers with limited time.

Norway in WWII

A two-hour walking tour through one of the darkest and most dramatic chapters in Bergen's history. For visitors who want to go beyond the surface.
